GOD IS CALLING FORTH A MIGHTY ARMY OF ONE

“For He Himself is our peace,
 Who has made both one,
 And has broken down the middle wall of separation,
 Having abolished in His flesh the enmity,
 That is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances,
 So as to create in Himself one new man from the two,
 Thus making peace,
And that He might reconcile them both to God
 In one body through the cross,
 Thereby putting to death the enmity.”
Ephesians 2:14-16
 
In the past decade, the Holy Spirit has been gently awakening me through a series of profound instances, that the Jewish Roots that I carry are significant to God.   Through the scriptures the fact that Israel is God’s Beloved is something we all know. It wasn’t until Holy Spirit AWAKENED me that I began to understand its significance to us all.
 
It started out one-day years ago as I was drying my hair. Yes, in the simple things of life, God revealed Himself to me.   He began speaking to me in an almost audible voice at a time when I had just received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. In itself, the Baptism of the Holy Spirit was a new and exciting journey and revelation that I did not even know existed.
 
At this same time God began bringing to light His Covenant Promises and Blessings that are still valid and available to us today. His Plans and Principles. The gentle nudge came as He asked me to grow my hair long again. Even though I didn’t understand the significance for my life, I agreed. Sometimes Holy Spirit will ask each of us to do something different. Something unique. It is His desire for us to have a pliable heart to obey Him. He wants to bless us in ways we cannot even imagine.
 
In this quest, I asked Him why it was significant for me to do this. He gently replied, “Because you are a Daughter of Zion.” Not really knowing the full significance of this statement, I did know He was awakening me to the Jewish Roots that streamed with in me and I was hungry to find out more.
 
My maternal grandmother, (Rebekkah) Ruth Dane Meyer was a precious young Jewish woman. She grew up in a Jewish home where they celebrated the Jewish Feasts, Celebrations and Traditions. At the age of 25, Grandma fell head over heels in love with a dear German young man that changed the course of her life. Stanley Meyer was loving and gentle in every way and they decided against all odds to marry. As you can imagine, in the year 1925 this was not acceptable in the Jewish community. Their love for each other would come with a great price. Because of her love and marriage to my grandfather, she was considered dead by her parents (her father especially). It was unacceptable for a Jew to marry a Gentile but their love crossed all boundaries.
 
Grandma’s mother however, after time did allow her to visit occassionally when her father was not present. In later years, my grandfather through his kindness and love, was able to cross the racial lines. He was finally welcomed into my Grandmother’s family as he continued exhibiting the love of God. He took great pains in caring for my great grandfather during his last days. The miracle of restoration took place between them by the Amazing Grace of God.
 
This short synopsis of my Jewish Roots is important because of the things that I would like to share with you later in this writing. During those times while living in America, the Jewish people often did not allow anyone to know that they were Jewish. During the Great Depression many things surfaced including intense persecution and bigotry. My mother’s family no longer practiced Judaism and she chose to keep her Jewish roots to herself. She and her siblings kept their silence in order to be accepted and loved.
 
Growing up, I knew that my grandmother was Jewish but that was all I knew. This part of my heritage had not been highlighted. Nor did it become significant in my mind because it was not given a place of honor or talked about. I didn’t realize that God’s Celebrations for the Jewish people were HIS CELEBRATIONS FOR EVERYONE TO EMBRACE. IT IS PART OF THE WORD OF GOD AND A SIGNIFICANT PART FOR US ALL!
 
On occasion Grandma would spend the night with our family she would share my room.   When she thought perhaps that I was asleep, she would begin praying Jewish Prayers out loud. In my heart, I knew that it was still important to her and that she was calling out to Yahweh. However, we never had the chance to share this precious heritage. Even today, my knowledge is limited as to my Jewish lineage.
 
I began growing my hair long again, and continued to press into God, particularly studying the HEBREW NAMES OF GOD, discovering MORE. March 2000 Holy Spirit again began watering this seed of Jewish Roots. He spoke clearly some words, which I will never forget. “Janis, you will have a child. She will carry on your Jewish line.” Oh my! That hit me like a TON OF BRICKS! At thirty-eight years old, and three children already, I had decided long ago the chapter of birthing was closed.
 
Standing on the precipice of Honoring God or rejecting His profound word I found myself in a position I knew very well. I loved Him with all my heart. Knowing that He was asking me to do something that would bring blessing to my life and honor to His Name. Also knowing that obeying the voice of God is better than sacrifice.
 
It was at that moment that I turned my heart upward to My Dear Abba Father with Faith and NO DOUBT I and cried out, “Yes Lord, I will obey. I will go anywhere you ask me to go and do anything you ask me to do. But Lord, I do ask one thing. I want to enjoy Your desires for my life. Please Lord, CHANGE ME!” You know precious ones…sometimes change is a process. But by the GRACE OF GOD, THIS TIME HE IMMEDIATELY changed my Desires. I fell deeply in love with Him all over again. His words began to sing deep within my heart a new song. A love song was birthed for my precious little daughter and a new wind of the Holy Spirit began to blow. I began speaking forth those things that were not yet, as though they were because GOD ALMIGHTY SAID SO!!!! He gave me an insatiable desire to BIRTH HIS PROMISE!

The verses that He had given to me as a young girl, my first life verses were manifesting themselves in a new and fresh level. You see, my Desires needed to line up with His Desires. He had already written these words upon my heart, and Holy Spirit has used them many times throughout my life. Times when things looked different than I thought they would. Seasons when things looked all wrong. Times when it seemed the shaking would never end. These times precious friends are times to dig our heels deep into the Heart of God and STAND ON HIS WORD WITH GREAT FAITH, TRUST AND BELIEF!
 
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart,
      And lean not on your own understanding;
      In all your ways acknowledge Him,
      And He shall directyour paths.”
Proverbs 3:5,6
 
Ladies, the Lord wants us to know as in Jeremiah 29:11 that He has a plan for our lives, to bless and prosper us. Not to harm us. Later on in the scriptures, He tells us that His ways are not our ways. This is why we it is necessary for us to build a foundation of TRUST in the Lord Jesus before our Faith is challenged. He knows the beginning from the end, and His plans are for our BEST LIFE.
 
When we “LIVE AND MOVE AND HAVE OUR BEING IN HIM” Acts 17:28, our desires become the Desires of our ABBA FATHER. Do you find yourself struggling with something today? Has God spoken a word to you that is hard for you to comprehend? Surrender yourself to HIS BEST PLAN for your life and ask Him to line up your desires with His. He is the Great I AM and He sees the end from the beginning…TAKE A LEAP OF FAITH AND TRUST HIM. He will always come through. He is birthing something in you that will bring blessing, fruit and favor into your life, for such a time as this.
 
In October 2008, Holy Spirit began again nudging me toward His love for the Jewish people in a new way. We know that we are to pray for ISRAEL and the commanded blessing that He promises. BUT THERE IS MORE! MUCH MORE!

GOD HAS MADE A COVENANT WITH US THAT IS ABOUT TO BURST FORTH IN SPLENDER! WE HAVE ENTERED INTO A NEW REALM. THE MESSIANIC CHURCH IS ARISING! We have become ONE IN HIM. ONE BODY. TOGETHER! JEW AND GENTILE ALIKE! THIS REVELATION was similar to the moment God revealed to me SPIRIT AND TRUTH when I received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. I REALIZED THEY GO TOGETHER! He is now revealing in a new way the truth that we all know. WE ARE GRAFTED BOTH JEW AND GENTILE INTO JESUS, THE ROOT OF JESSEE. WE ARE ONE BODY IN HIM.
 
JESUS AND HIS DISCIPLES WERE PRACTICING JEWS. THE APOSTLES CONTINUED PRACTICING JUDAISM AS CHRISTIANS. (MESSIANIC JUDAISM) GOD CUT A COVENANT TO BLESS HIS PEOPLE JEW AND GENTILE ALIKE! WE MY FRIEND ARE THE BODY OF CHRIST.

THAT IS WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT THAT WE OBSERVE THE CELEBRATIONS AND FEASTS, HIS CALENDAR OF SEASONS THAT HE SET FORTH TO BLESS US AND BRING GLORY TO HIS NAME. HE WANTS TO SHARE WITH US THE MYSTERIES AND SECRETS OF HIS HEART IN THIS WAY. HE IS ALIGNING HIS BRIDE TO HIS HEART AND HIS PASSION FOR HIS GLORY.
 
Sandra and I have been reading THE MESSIANIC CHURCH ARISING, by ROBERT HEIDLER. We have been studying the feasts and celebrations and have gleaned much from CHUCK PIERCE AND LARRY HUCH’S TEACHING REGARDING THE JEWS. We invite you dear ones to travel with us on this exciting journey. Some of you have probably already been CELEBRATING THE FEASTS and OBSERVING GOD’S CALENDAR for some time now. 

We believe that God is going to open doors and reveal MORE as we EMBARK ON THIS JOURNEY. HE HAS OPENED UP, MANDATED AND GLORIOUSLY SET OUT THIS JOURNEY FOR OUR LIVES FOR THE ENDTIME CHURCH THAT IS ARISING! HE IS CALLING HIS BRIDE WHICH INCLUDES JEW AND GENTILE ALIKE!
 
GOD IS RAISING UP A GREAT ARMY OF ONE! WE ARE ALIGNING OURSELVES WITH HIM AS NEVER BEFORE! WE ARE BECOMING ONE SPOTLESS BRIDE FOR HIS RETURN. 

AS WE GO FORTH HE WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE US STRATEGY TO SHARE HIS LOVE ACROSS THE GLOBE, TO EVERY NATION AND EVERY TRIBE! WE EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED! WE WILL HAVE DREAMS AND VISIONS. WE WILL SEE SIGNS AND WONDERS AS NEVER BEFORE AS WE LIVE AND MOVE AND HAVE OUR BEING IN HIM IN THESE LAST DAYS!
 
It is our joy as we travel this road CELEBRATING JESUS THROUGH THE FEASTS AND CELEBRATIONS to share it with you. Together we want to KNOW THE HEART OF JESUS, HIS PASSION, AND HIS WAYS AS NEVER BEFORE.
 
THANK YOU FOR JOURNEYING WITH US. IT IS OUR PRAYER THAT YOU WILL BE FILLED TO OVERFLOWING. THAT GOD WILL ARISE WITHIN YOU SPRINGING FORTH THE LIVING WATERS THAT ARE READY TO BURST FORTH IN YOU!
 
IT IS OUR DESIRE TO SEE YOU CONTINUE OR BEGIN TO SAY YES TO HIS PLANS FOR YOUR LIFE. YOU WILL WALK IN THE LOVE AND VICTORY OF JESUS AS NEVER BEFORE! DEAR LADIES, ARISE AND BURST FORTH AS THE MORNING SUN! ARISE AND SHINE!!! THE GLORY OF THE LORD IS UPON YOU AND WILL BRING YOU INTO HIS FULLNESS IN A NEW WAY AS YOU PRESS INTO HIM.

TODAY WE LEAVE WITH YOU THIS VERSE AND THE EXCITING TRUTH THAT GOD ALMIGHTY IS UNCONTAINABLE! HE IS BIGGER, DEEPER AND WIDER THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE. HE IS AMAZING! EVEN THOUGH HE SPANS ACROSS ALL TIME AND SPACE…HE HAS CHOSEN YOU AS HIS TEMPLE, HIS HABITATION! HE HAS CHOSEN YOU AS HIS FRIEND AND BELOVED! RELEASE YOURSELF TODAY TO JESUS AND ASK HIM TO REVEAL MORE! KNOW THAT YOU ARE RICH IN HIM TODAY! NO MATTER WHAT YOUR NATURAL ROOTS ARE, YOU HAVE A GREAT HERITAGE IN HIM! AS CHRISTIANS, JEWS AND GENTILES ALIKE, WE ARE THE ONE NEW MAN. TOGETHER WE ARE THE BRIDE OF CHRIST.
 
 
“That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory,
 To be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man,
 That Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith;
 That you, being rooted and grounded in love,
 May be able to comprehend with all the saints
What is the width and length and depth and height—
To know the love of Christ which passes knowledge;
That you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, According to the power that works in us,
 To Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations,
 Forever and ever. Amen.”
