GOD IS TURNING THE HEARTS...

“Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet
Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD.
And he will turn
The hearts of the fathers to the children,
And the hearts of the children to their fathers,
Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.”
Malachi 4:5,6

The Lord is calling forth a hunger in the hearts of Spiritual Mothers to arise and Awaken a generation of younger women. There is also a stirring hunger in the hearts of Spiritual Daughters to arise as the eyes of their hearts are awakening.  They are seeing the need and extreme blessing available to those who embark on and enter into this great generational covenant, connection and impartation.

Both Spiritual Mothers and Spiritual Daughters are realizing that God Almighty wants the generations to ALIGN TOGETHER for this final end time harvest.  Each one shares an intricate part in the Beautiful Tapestry of God.   Jesus Christ our Beloved Bridegroom is coming back for HIS BRIDE WITHOUT SPOT OR WRINKLE, a Bride that is One with Him.  A Beautiful Bride who has cut a Covenant Relationship Him.

God strategically places Mothers and Daughters together who have their eyes and ears open to the Holy Spirit.  The joining together of Spiritual Mothers and Daughters is also a Divine Covenant with God’s Purposes in mind.  In the book of Psalms we see a powerful word regarding “sons”.  The term “Sons” in the Bible is more a relational term than a gender term.  It is talking about a person who has a relationship with the Father.  For the purposes of speaking to Daughters, from this point forward I will use the term daughters where they use the term sons.

When two people join together as Spiritual Mother and Daughter it is important that they have a shared vision forming a strong alignment.  As her Daughter places herself under the authority of her Mentor who is under the authority of Almighty God they become Aligned and United.  (See Sandra’s mentoring wisdom points for Mentor’s and Mentorees ) Jesus said that it was His desire that we become one as He and the Father are one.  An amazing thing takes place when we align ourselves under authority.  The anointing of God flows, miracles happen and God is Glorified. When a Spiritual Daughter submits to a Godly Spiritual Mother, the anointing is passed from one generation to another.  Combined with Jesus they form a united strand not easily broken. This took place in the life of Aaron and his sons, a biological transfer and also in Elijah and Elisha, a Supernatural transfer. God Almighty’s Divine Decree and Design orchestrated them both.

“And the holy garments of Aaron shall be his sons’ after him,
 to be anointed in them and to be consecrated in them.
  That son who becomes priest in his place
shall put them on for seven days,
when he enters the tabernacle of meeting
 to minister in the holy place."
Exodus 29:29-30

Moses anointed Aaron by pouring a bucket of oil upon his head.   His face dripped with oil and his garments were soaked.  Aaron walked in the abundant anointing of God from that point on leaving a residue and blessing of God wherever he went.

Before Aaron died, the Lord instructed Moses to take Aaron and His son, Eleazar, to the top of Mount Hor to pass his mantle. It is important to realize here that Aaron’s sons were already wearing the priestly garments and serving alongside him.  As the tribe of Levi, they were all anointed as priests.  They aligned themselves and were mentored by Aaron himself. At the appointed time Aaron’s son received His Father’s anointing to be High Priest.  He was to receive His Father’s Mantle.  The anointing was passed to another generation through the transfer of His Father’s garment.

Elisha also received in this same way.  Elisha, the great prophet of God listened for the word of the Lord and obeyed.  That Sounds like Jesus doesn’t it?  He did what he heard the Father say. Elijah was instructed to go to Elisha and anoint him as prophet in his place.  When he found Elisha, the Bible tells us that “Elijah passed by him, and threw his mantle on him” (I Kings 19:19) His mantle was a representation of the transfer of his anointing. An amazing thing happened.  Elisha left his home and occupation immediately and began to follow and serve Elijah.  The Divine Covenant was made.

This reminds me of Pastor Benny Hinn’s testimony.  He met Katherine Kuhlman in a meeting that changed his life forever.  For Several years, Benny worked with and under the leadership of Katherine Kuhlman, receiving her Anointing. It has been said that Katherine Kuhlman was one of the biggest earthly influences in his life.  Katherine imparted into Benny Hinn what the Holy Spirit had imparted into her. With this great blessing and transference, it also transferred a responsibility to touch the Nations with Jesus. Millions of lives have been touched through the ministries of these two willing vessels of God who received the call of their Beloved.  And of course, Benny Hinn’s Ministry continues on as he mentors young men in his Ministry, sending them forth as arrows to touch the world!

Paul says this of Timothy, “For I have no one like-minded, who will sincerely care for your state.  For all seek their own, not the things which are of Christ Jesus.  But you know his proven character, that as a son with his father he served with me in the gospel.” Paul and Timothy were like minded, like-souled.  Paul was Timothy’s Spiritual Father in the Faith. Many other sons Paul poured into, but none that shared Paul’s spiritual vision like Timothy. This is what the Father intended when He set up the wonderful design of Spiritual Mothers and Daughters.  Enter the covenant between you and your mentor to seek God above everything else.

These examples in the Bible are significant because they give us a beautiful pattern between Mentor’s and Mentorees.  We can see the significance of God placing Mothers and Daughters together to further the Kingdom of God that alone they could not accomplish.  And it also reveals the importance of pouring into others those things God has poured into us.  It is important that we press through the ordinary and receive the extraordinary blessings God has in store for us. 

Hungering and thirsting for more of God is vitally important too.   When a Mentor’s “spiritual radar” as Sandra calls it, connects with her Dear Mentoree she sees a hunger and thirst that God has placed within that she can pour into and direct with the help of the Holy Spirit.  She sees a thirst in you to know God and to be “all that God has created you to be”. 

When you are hungry and thirsty, really hungry and thirsty, you become like a sponge when the Water of Life comes your way.  A Spring of Living Water has welled up in the Spiritual Mother and she is ready to pour it out and give you a drink. When a Spiritual Daughter opens her mouth wide she will receive and her entire being will be saturated with MORE OF GOD.  At this place I would like to remind Spiritual Daughters as Sandra always says, “Take everything to the Lord.” Remember that Your Spiritual Mother is a guide, but the Holy Spirit is the final word.  And then go for it. Receive and become a more beautiful reflection of the Father. Be a carrier of the Presence of God! Shine forth His beauty! Dispel the darkness!   His love will shine forth like the Morning drawing all men unto Him through your life!

Dear Daughters, be flexible and teachable. It is important that you receive your Mentor and Honor her gifting.  It is then that you will receive her reward, her blessings, anointing, teaching and mantle that the Holy Spirit has placed upon her.  The Bible tells us that we should honor the prophet as the prophet to receive his reward.  This is true of a Mentor also.  It is important that you receive your Spiritual Mother as Your Spiritual Mother allow her to mentor you.   Allow the Holy Spirit to mold your life through her hands.  It is her desire that you arise from Glory to Glory, receiving those things God has poured into her and those things she has received from her Mentors. 

Get Ready! Get Ready! Get Ready to receive a new wardrobe as you go from Glory to Glory! Jesus said that He would endue us with power. Luke 24:49   He wants to clothe you with His Power.   Together you and your Mentor are coheirs with Jesus.  It is His desire to clothe you with His Power.

With your blessing and the blessing of God, your Spiritual Mother has an open door to nurture and encourage those things God has placed within you. As you journey together in His great destinies for your lives it will be an exciting time for the both of you. Together you will become stronger and able to minister with a multiplicity of facets designed by the Father.  Iron sharpens Iron.  And Jewels reflect the Glory of their source, the Lord Jesus.

The Lord has done a mighty work in my personal life as Sandra and I have journeyed together. She has poured generously from her well into my life and I honor her today.  We have not only become Spiritual Mother and Daughter but God has also blessed us with a Treasured Friendship, Prayer and Ministry Partnership.

Our pursuit of God has set us on an extraordinary journey.   It was through her vision and my catching the vision that God has given us His Heart and commissioned us to Help Raise up, Awaken, and Equip a Generation.

God has placed us in a movement of mentoring that is changing the world, and in the midst, it is also changing us.  It never ceases to amaze me as we experience the amazing life changing power of God in women’s lives.  There is so much potential and purpose locked away in women all across the Nations waiting to be unlocked and released.  It is exciting to know that God is using us to make a difference.  What a great honor it is to be chosen by God to Spiritual Mother the rising generation before us.

Women, you just do not know what you are missing until you find that Special friend and Mentor or Mentoree God has destined for your life.  Placing you together for His greater calling in your life.  I encourage you today, if you do not have a Godly Spiritual Mother, ask God to bring the perfect match made in heaven for you. And then Honor her for who God made her to be.  Pour into her life and allow her to pour into yours.

Dearest Sandra, you have rearranged your life to minister and pour into me.  Precious Spiritual Mother, Treasured Friend, Ministry and Prayer Partner I honor you.  Thank you for the sacrifice that you have made. Laying down some of your ambitions and dreams to pour into my life. You have truly taken on the heart of the Father.

It is a great honor and privilege to walk alongside you ministering the love of Jesus to others.  Together we have taken on the dream to turn the hearts of the ‘Mothers’ back to the hearts of the ‘Daughters’ and the hearts of the ‘Daughters’ to the ‘Mothers’ in order to change a generation.

Ladies, I leave you with this one question.  Will you lay down your life to prepare, touch and change a generation?  I believe the answer is, “Yes”.  Sandra, the entire Aspire Team and I Bless you today and encourage you to “ASPIRE TO BE ALL THAT GOD HAS CREATED YOU TO BE.”
